The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Thanks guys I'm pretty stocked to pull a pr in two weeks!

On an interesting note I just took my lunesta pill literally like 30 seconds later a girl calls me and tell me she's coming over. I'm like ok come over. I just tried to throw my lunesta pill up but after trying repetitively I did not prevail. I'm trying to combat the pill with thoughts of conditioning and a diet Mt.Dew. This should be interesting.

This was hilarious. I had to reply to this quote and not let the humor in this fall by the way side.

The diet Mt.Dew prevailed and a successful conditioning session was had. Thought I shot myself in the foot for a second there. I was getting mad when I wasn't seeing any little blue pill come up the little while I had a bulimic eating disorder. So I said fuk it cracked a dew lol.

Big volume -- love it thomas!

About the food, I spend the same or more on a -2000kcal diet. Obviously its not necessary but when your starving having salmon, steak, shrimp veggies etc makes life more maneagable. Its goes both ways though, I guess there's ups and downs to either metabolism.

And pics of the sleep-slayed vixen!
