As many of you know my training has had a bit more of a bodybuilding influence. That paired with 18-21 eggs/day and watching my carbs has been yielding some great results. Here is a physique update. I'm weighing 196.6 in the pictures.

Finally getting some lats! It's about damn time.

My chest is really the only thing holding me back from having a respectable physique. It lags big time. It is growing, but slowly.

Like the ink work man. The pyramid on your back, an Aztec reference or is it another "mystical" reference? Just curious.

You look pretty awesome man. Limiting those carbs really makes you look a lot leaner than you are but still you are very lean and super strong keep it up!

The ab development in the first two shots are amazing, which makes it appear your chest is lagging behind more than it is - should really be pleased with where you are at Thomas, although it is always a work in progress.

    Hey Thomas,
I'm cleaning my diet up and trying to drop a few pounds of fat for a competition in Aug. I normally don't keep track too much of what I eat, but I figure usually around 3000-4000 cals/day depending on dinner. For cutting, This is what I ate yesterday (pretty much the same for the last few days)

    Calories: 2465
    Fat: 62
    Carbs: 116
    Protein: 335

Based on how I feel (very hungry) I was thinking of adding some olive oil to my protein shakes to up the fat and maybe adding in a little more protein as well. If you can give me some advice I would appreciate it.

True true we all have our high's and lows. The chest is just such a dominant muscle it sucks.

Looks pretty solid the calories seem a bit low. That is just a guess though because I don't know your individual physiology. I would try around 300 bump your fats up and try an increase in carbs on ME days.
