    Thanks guys!!

Liftersize not sure since I Injured my hip, but now that that's recovering nicely I will start setting pr's left and right. My Total pr is 1165. This is my second year of powerlifting so I can read my body much better this time around. I have no doubt in my mind that I can hit a 1300lb raw total in the 181 class.

Holy ****, dude! I'm incredibly impressed with your front squats! I can't even back squat that with wraps and a belt! How the hell do your shoulders take that much weight?? Very impressive.

Thanks keith! I love front squats they transfer over to backsquats very well for me. Ummm I dunno shoulders feel fine, this was also my frist time taking a clean grip with front squats its my new preference. Much easier to center up on the bar.

You may be wondering why I'm repping so high for ME day. My upper body does a lot better lifting heavy in the 3-8 rep range. Last westside cycle I got no where bench heavy singles and doubles. This time around I'm mostly just going with straight weight as well. I don't need to get all fancy yet.

225x11-PR!! So so close to locking out the 12th rep. I need to take out my headphones out if i'm going to grunt
lol I don't realize how loud I am being.

Speed off the chest is doing great, finally! I've struggled off the chest for years. Now I need to work on my lockout strength. Floor press is in the rotation next.

    DB Incline press
    70x8
70x5-I'm so dead after bench if I do a backdown set.
    50x8

    Dips
    60x5-PR-heavy!!
    55x5

    Pec deck-Non lockout reps
    x15x3

    Closegrip pulldown
    s
    110x15x2-

That's it headache was killing me I couldn't even listen to my headphones anymore..
