I really love the slingshot. I highly recommend it.

    Dips
    110x5
    110x7-PR!

That's it short and sweet. No back because of this fucking tennis elbow. I've started seeing a chiro and getting ART done. I've had this issue for over a year now! I'm really hoping ART takes care of it.

Thanks guys! Yea I gotta wear socks or I bleed! I'm really hoping my deadlift keeps going up. I feel not having a really solid deadlift is the only thing holding me back from a 1500lb raw total. I know I can pull 600+ just gotta fit all the pieces together.

Arch harder on that deadlift and you might be close to 600 now. Just seem to always be setting PR's, so keep up the good work.

I wish I was always setting PR's. I failed that 545 two weeks ago. It was a form issue though I was sitting back to early. I think deficit pulls are whats going to pull me into into 6pps+ pull.

May the wind be at your back.

To further respond to your comment in my log: I have no idea if I'd be better at sumo or conventional. Sumo did felt a lot easier at lock out.
