Back from De-load. Putting the gym together really took a lot out of me. Lost a lot of weight been waking up at 208. Shitty lower body day today.
Worked up to 545+40lbs chains.

Active Release Technique.
Basically a pretty intense method of myofascial release. In short, an INTENSE AS SHIT massage.
