    Hey guys I've just been deloading. Been working so hard on my new gym. Tomorrow I resume training. Here is the gyms progress.

    Back from De-load. Putting the gym together really took a lot out of me. Lost a lot of weight been waking up at 208. Shitty lower body day today.

    Ha 208 is really light for me, I usually wake up around 212ish. Heaviest I've gotten up to during the day is 221. My mass is in my lower body, especially my glutes. My calves are bigger than my arms. And I guess I have a dense body type. At the same time If I had to make weight for the 198 class in 24 hours from now I could do it no problem.
