Fuck I typed a response out to all of you then wbb didn't post it. Thanks for all the comments! I'm hoping for a 1451 raw total @198 in March. That will be 100lbs added to my total in a year.

100lbs added to your total would be pretty damn good in a year. Especially considering your total was already pretty good. Nice work Thomas.

Get that dead up and hit 1500 raw you weak ass. You ever pull conventional? I feel like we have very similar builds; I can usually hit more reps with anything less than 475 sumo vs conventional, but top end strength I pull waaaay more conventional.

Iknoright? I dunno why my deadlift sucks so bad. I can lock weight out fine its getting it off the floor. I started out conventional and I'm much stronger sumo. I have waaaaay wider hips than you. I'm going to try more rep work heavy 3's and 5's. I've just been doing singles for everything.

I lost 8 fucking lbs in 2 days! I was at my Moms house for christmas eve and Christmas so I couldn't eat my 25 eggs and gallon of milk. I still felt like I ate a bunch but gat damn I am so far above my biological set point if I'm not super strict I lose weight fast.

It was great squatting with you Thomas. Hopefully you can make it more often. That 825 was a ton of weight, I am amazed that you were able to smash it with just a belt and knee wraps. It's obvious you've been training hard.

VERY impressive all round, Thomas. Squat is just ridiculous.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
