That slingshot seems like a great training to advice to overload the CNS.

I am going to give it a shot as well.

    RE Squat DE Lower

    bw:208

Front squat-Holy shit I've gotten so much weaker here. Well what the fuck did I expect since I stopped front squatting.. I have nothing to blame but myself. One thing I realized is I was setting PR's on my Deadlift and my back squat when my Front squat was progressing. Its time to man up and start front squatting again. Went ass to grass here

    30:30-reverse sled drags 8 rounds.

Fuuuu I feel so much better since I've started conditioning consistently. I sleep better, I wake up refreshed, my heart feels healthier, I don't slug around through my workouts and have much more energy throughout the day. I've also been slowly moving over to a more paleo diet buying natural products, raw milk, almond milk, range free eggs, grass fed cattle etc... Inb4 I become a skinny phaggot.

Been loving the training in here. You definitely have a journal that is worth catching up on.

Do you follow a training template or method? Or have you begun to go by your own experience and devise your own training methods?

    Strength progress is awesome.

BTW stick with the Sumo's. You look solid on your lifts thus far, so with more time it will work out. You have big strong legs, therefore you should do well with Sumo's.

    ME Lower

BW:206-little too light here trying to keep weight around 208-210 in the A.M

    Deadlift-1.5"Deficit
    135x5
    225x3
    315x1
    365x1
    405x1
    455x1
    495+36lbschainx1
    505+36lbschainx1

    515+36lbschainxfail
    405+36lbschainx6
I know these are shitty numbers but considering how terrible I am at deficits I'm pretty happy with it. I think about another month of pounding away at the deficits I may be ready to go for a pr off the floor, well see how progress goes. Do you guys think I should raise the deficit? For ME and/or DE?

    Front Squat
    275x8
    275x6

I'll be heading back tonight to get in some conditioning with the prowler.

IMO, I would do nothing higher then a 3" deficit. Personally, I like pulling off a 2" deficit, especially if I'm going for a 1RM.

Are you asking if you should do them on ME, DE or both? If so, you can do both. I've done speed pulls a lot off a deficit. I probably wouldn't do them both in the same week, at least not all the time. Just my .2 cents...

Just saw this on youtube. I think you should add 20 points for looking like Eric Lilliebridge with that pose at the end. Your speed is looking fine IMO. Prowler work....have fun.

I just stand on some plates and pull. I don't think my deficit is any taller than 3.5"
