haha thanks. My last ME lower I had the straight bar scheduled but the group I squatted with wanted to go with the SSB so I said whatever and went with it. Too much time away from the straight bar=bad.

Thanks T+P its felt good to handle 405. I'm going to be putting in more work with boards so those numbers should go up! Yea my legs are usually lean. I have to stay sub 10% though if I want vascularity in the calves. Still not vascular in the quads yet. Probably won't be till my comp is over on may 5th.

BTW those Sled Rows what equipment do you need to make it work? Did you get it from somewhere or have someone construct it? I really want one of those. I'd love to do those sled rows as well as a few other things.

Sled drags- half forward half reverse
Does anyone here have experience with Vibrams for squatting dead lifting and GPP work like the sled and prowler? Right now I've been changing shoes almost daily between my chucks and running shoes for GPP work. I don't care if people think they look gay. I'm looking at this from a performance aspect.
I wear FILA's which are similar in style to the Vibrams and I would definitely get another pair. I actually would like to get a true pair of Vibrams because I think they're made better.
I exclusively train in them, and don't feel they look bad at all. Good for calf training as well.
They can run you $100, but I got the FILA's for $65 at the time, so not a bad trial run.
Ummm, just throwing up a couple of sets of 405 for triples. I'm sure they were easy, right???
