Funny thing is I rarely have her deadlift heavy and we train for weight loss, strength is merely a by product of the training. This was her second time doing it as well. I made her redo it because the 1st one she didn't quite follow through all the way, hence her overly emphasizing the lockout the 2and time around lol. You can hear her say "Is it locked out?" haha

Not sure what the jumping pullups are? From what I'm envisioning I could see them hurting the tennis elbow a bit.
Loving the 550+ DL. So are you happy with the switch in your DL stance thus far?
BTW, I loved how you held the pose at the top of the DL. It reminded me of Jordan hitting the game winner against the Utah Jazz in the 1998 NBA Finals over Byron Russell.

I didn't change much with my stance other than dropping my hips slightly lower. Jumping pullups are assisting a pullup with a little jump at the bottom.
