Hey Thomas, once you get things settled with the new gym let me know. I'd love to head over and do a workout if we can get a time that works. I get to be a bachelor for the month of July (wife and kids are in California) so I have more free time than normal.

The sled fuked me up. I had to take 4 brakes on the Farmer walk which is unacceptable I should be able to do that with only one brake. I should be able to do this sub 11. I will re try this one in a couple weeks.
Looks like your facility provides a good amount of flexibility. Primarily a crossfit?

Today just did a quick Emom
I suck at high rep box jumps so I wanted to get some practice in.
30" box 10 reps every minute on the minute. The first 6 round I did 10 last 4 I did 8.
Good deal on those box jump intervals with reps T.
Kicked ass on the burpees and pullups did all of them unbroken. I was slow as shit on the run though o my god... The last 400m I was doing the fat man jog. I really need to work on my running. Going to start running every sunday.
DE Upper-Paused the first rep on every set.

Been gaining weight lately. Weight up to 206 in the morning. Trying to keep my strength with the added conditioning so I've upped my calories and carbs.
310x6-Maybe could have had 7 if my partner didn't try to rack it at 5. It was very close.

Could have gotten more had I warmed up for the box jumps. I just went straight into the amrap. Got a few no reps and was slow at the start since I didn't warm up.
Just looked through some of your journal, some really great lifting in here. Gym looks fantastic definitely jealous considering my current situation. Also that clean looked real solid considering you don't really do em much.
