    Thanks! Its going good. Still lots of growing to do but going well. In may we have a powerlifting/CrossFit competition planned at my facility. It will be Squat/Bench/Dead/Metcon.

    270x2-had to stop must have bent my wrist during the 315, having bad wrist pain.

    Floor Press
    -Had to go slow and controlled here due to wrist pain

    That's it had to stop all weight bearing movements on the wrist.

    lol@my life. Sled was hard as hell. Wasn't expecting that. I need to get some heavy ass sled drags in. Hit a gnarly side stitch 100m into the farmer walk which put me out for probably around 45s. Really it was the sled that kicked my ass.

    I'm not at all an oly lifter, but started learning about a year ago when I first went to the crossfit gym and decided they looked interesting. I'm in the same boat, meed Dec 7 then would like to do an oly cycle before crossfit season.     6:40. Nothing was particularly hard here the weight was light, however, my conditioning sucks. This should be done sub 6minutes. I also need to build up my lactate threshhold on box jumps. Conditioning isn't a big priority right now though.

    13:09. The situps are actually what held my time back on this lol. Threw up in my mouth a little while doing this too while laying flat on my back haha. I'd like to get sub 11 on this. I'll re-test in a couple months. I also need to improve my grip on the KB swings big time.
