    Assorted training footage from Max Fitness of PA

    I posted these videos in my log, but figured I would put them here as well. A few clips of various exercises myself and some of my training partners have done in the past month or so. The first two of the skinny guy are me. One is me hitting 315 lbs in the squat for 17 reps and the other is 8 reps to a 2 board at 275 lbs.

    Here is gym owner Bentz hitting 505 to a 1 board about 1 week out from IPA nationals.

    I thought this was Bentz hitting 725 lbs, but it may be a bit less. I can't count up all the plates past the 100's.

    Darren hitting over 600 lbs. It might even be 700 lbs prior to nationals. He also didn't squat at the meet.

    Brian, it is located in Harrisburg. Anyone who wants to train like a powerlifter is welcome to join. So anyone here in central PA not close enough to train with Scott Yard or Gene Rychlak, come check us out. Sunday-Bench starting at 12:30 pm, Tuesday- Squat starting around 5:15 pm, Wednesday- Speed/Accessory Bench around 5:15 pm, Friday- Deadlift around 5:15 pm is the schedule most of us are on.

    Next two are of Darren. Bench is 425 lbs. Deadlift of 575 lbs. This was his second attempt at 575 lbs. First one was a miss going conventional. He hit 585 lbs last night in training and will be beyond 600 lbs soon for sure.

    This is Will squatting over 500 lbs. He competes bench only at the moment, but wants to move to full meets. He has the potential to get very strong in deads and squats. He missed his attempts at 570 lbs on the bench at nationals, but has hit it training at Gene's according to reports. I have no reason not to believe it. He almost hit his second attempt at the meet.

    Chad I don't have any deadlift videos from Bonnie of mine yet. I will post some when she sends me a few. Hope you guys had a good session today. I was able to get some work in on Friday and today. See you on Tuesday night.
