OK I got a gift card for Elitefts for Xmas and after I got what I wanted I had a few bucks left over so I got a copy of Dave's e book Extended Tension Training due to the fact that I read a little bit about it in one of his interviews and was interested on how it worked. I got it seems like it has it up sides but training alone I'm not sure if it could work due to the timing issue. I was wondering if anyone here ever gave it a fair try and if they had and tips on how someone maybe able to pull this off training alone. I asked Dave or at the site but I haven't gotten a response yet. Thanks in advance guys.
