Well, I think i am going to start the Starting Strength program. Thought that I wouldnt have to but i think i may have too. My bench press hasnt gone up for 2 months. Here are my lifts:
Bench press: 135x5
Squat: 135x5 (Machine with pulleys)
Instead of the regular squat in SS can i do dumbell squats? Or use dumbells while doing lunges?
Also do do you have to stay strict with SS, for example can you do some more accessory work such as bicep curls? Can you do push ups/pull ups/dips while also during SS?
I weigh 155 pounds (last monday weigh in), and at 6'0".
Is SS right for me?
