Kind of curious what other people are doing. I recently picked up three tires, one light one really large heavy one, then another heavy one not as large but it is corded so still pretty beefy. I keep just that one at my house others are elsewhere stored till I can get a facility going.
So I have exercised with the thing twice now, and just curious what other people have been doing, my purpose really is for cardio and general health, as I hate treadmills etc. I also plan to pick up a sledge and implement that after the flips. Could use recommendations on sledge weight.
First time I flipped it 10 times, rested 5 reps, then 3 more sets of 3.
Today I just did 8 sets of three, same total number of reps, but of course kept the rest periods short kind of like a high intensity interval training sort of thing.
What do you guys do, flip it as many times as you can in a given time period? Curious what others do so I can expand what I am doing, and get the most out of my tire.

I flip as many times as I can in a given time period. I'll warm up with a couple sets of 2-3, then do 1-2 sets of all out reps for time..
Yeah I should try that then i can focus on speed. I just talked to a distributor found out the tire i am using is 530 lbs. Perfect weight for getting some reps with.
