I didn't watch the entire vid; between his grunting and the corny mixtape blaring in the background it was hard to concentrate So he was pyramiding through the weights? Looks difficult with those pauses, although I'd think that even still, 225 would feel like featherweight coming from 495.

Didn't he just win his pro card over in the UK Championships?

His bicep shaking so much on the first set of incline was scary. Looked like it was going to pop.

I think you are right Connor. If he doesn't hurt himself training so hard, he is going to be something.

Wow, i don't like the way the guy with the NPA shirt is giving him a lift off with elbows. Should be side spotters as well. Shouldn't the spotter also rack the weight rather then the BBer pushing it back on the rack.

He He! the Bber or the NPA spotter? Its a fair bet most IFBB Pros are on the juice. There are also rumors some guys take the juice and then compete with organisations like the NPA (supposedly for Naturals) to get a pro card. I'm not saying that is the case here but just sayin.

Why not work inside the rack with safety pins? Doesn't make sense to me. Either way, he's strong.

The natural physique shirt on the spotter cracks me up. I find the irony amazing.
