A little over a week ago my one rep max was 215x1, now it's 225x1
Not on a strength routine
This, by far is the best video I ever edited so far, the music fits so perfectly...made me wanna give more energy into the lift if that makes any sense.
Nice work Wolf; you've made some great progress.
Current PR's 198 - 220
Squat - 777 - 771.5
Bench - 611.7 - 628.2
Deadlift - 567 - 584
Total 1929 - 1973
dude you have really came A LONG WAY. what routine have you been on?
Thanks I make my own split:
Monday: chest, Tris, calves
Tuesday: Back, Biceps, Abs
Thursday: Legs, claves, abs
Friday: Upper Body
