Squats were fine today, first 210 was pretty quick apparently, wasn't pushing it because of my knees. Got a deload now though so as long as I actually get round to stretching they should be ok for the next cycle. I'm thinking of getting some proper squat shoes too, anyone have any experience with these vs. chucks for raw lifting?
