A lot of good stuff. Like you said, just getting in there and getting the work done is a huge accomplishment and something to be happy with.

    Bigger Catch Up..

    Woah this is long overdue..

    I had a video of the 28/4 top deadlift set;

    Video

Was ok up until around 5 when they started to slow, guess big reps aren't really my thing so I'm getting better at that, anyway..

    29/4/10 - Military

    up to 90kg x 5/5/7 (198lbs)
    Inc D/B 46kg x 8/8/10

    Car Pulls x 10

    4/5/10 - Bench

    up to 147.5kg x 3/3/2 (325lbs)

Ripped the skin off most of my little finger so stopped

    7/5/10 - Military

    up to 95kg x 3/3/4 (210lbs), 60kg x 10
    Neutral Pulldowns x 10/10/10

    Rope P/D up to stack x 10

    GHR 0kg x 5/5/5

    15/5/10 - Deads

    up to 295kg x 1 (650lbs)

For me this was pretty slow and generally poor, as per usual I had a myriad of excuses to back this up.

    Video

Due to loads of Masters stuff and generally feeling beat up I decided to take a week of from everything, including my diet so I ate what/when I wanted. This resulted in breakfast -> day in labs -> beer -> takeaway for 7 days, it was amazing..

Following this I decided to have another easy week, but on some sort of controlled(ish) diet. I pretty much just deloaded the lifts + added a couple of chins abs and hill sprints
