    Excited bout this routine

    ok so im borrowing this INSANITY dvds from a friend of mine, my goal is to lose weight by the way. so im goin to stack the left over protein that i have, some results, and the creatine 500 from a while back AND im just waiting for my NITOR to arrive and ill be set to go on my weight loss journey. what do you all think about that stack? will that help or just mess me up and not reach the goal that i want (weight loss)

    As long as your on some sort of carb or calorie defecit you will lose weight doing anything. My only concern would be the creatine. I put on 4-7lbs of water weight from it but you could lose that easily.

    i decided to opt out the creatine and just stick with RESULTS
