    Barbell shrugs videos please

    Hi,

    Can someone please put a video up of them doing heavy shrugs?

    I see a few people shrug more than they deadlift, I sure can't and have no idea how you can I would love to see the form maybe it will help me as I know im bad at shrugs.

    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    the dude shruging more than they pull are doing a whole body something that isnt a shrug.

    I sure as hell cant either. Look into power shrugs if you haven't heard of those yet. It's a good change up from stand still bb shrugs.

    Hey I take offense to that I can shrug more than I can DL and my DL does not suck that bad. 565 at 198 raw. I have done shurgs 585 for 6 strict too. Of course that is with straps and the DL is not.

    I dont think weight really matters, as long as you can feel it working, and its [B]helping[B] you.
