The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Robert Wilkerson squats 950 Raw!!!!

Robert Wilkerson Squated 950 raw on his 4th successful attempt of the day at the SPF Alabama Championships in Guntersville Alabama! He opened with 800 that looked like 135, I missed seeing his 2nd so I'm not sure what it was and smoked a 905 3rd! Then nailed an almost as easy 950 on the 4th! He also added a raw 600 bench and deadlift for an official 2105 total and an unoffcial 2150! Absolutely FREAKY display of brute strength!!!

I believe this is the biggest raw squat of all time! What's amazing to me was the 1550 unofficial raw subtotal! Incredible!

I know he had a lot more in him on the DL. He took 600 on a second and it flew up so fast he didn't get it slowed down at the top and it took him right over backwards. He chose to take 600 again instead of going up.

Also, I missed his second squat and thought the 950 was his 3rd. The 950 was so easy I went over to try to get him to take a grand for a 4th. That's when he told me that was his 4th! Awesome lifting. A lot of good lifting at the meet!

Well, I watch most of your videos so I definitely have nothing to say to a man of your size lol.
It wasnt a shoot at your deadlift by any means, I was just amazed by this out of this world subtotal.

For the people who weren't at this meet.... those squats were simply awesome and there sure was nothing left to doubt with his bench's or his deadlifts.

Big Rob was like a human piston, even with almost half a ton on his back, and I'm not talking about some little foo-foo gasoline 2 cycle either, I'm talking the real deal, bigassed, twin turbocharged, water injected, diesel gonna move that weight no matter how much it is piston.

I'm really, really glad I was there and had a chance to see it.
    Finally ELITE @ SHW..

Single ply: 931 squat, 760 bench, 530 deadlift and 2180 total
Multi ply: 960 squat, 770 bench, 550 deadlift and 2250 total.

    The next stop: PRO total.

Damn impressive. Major props for that. That is a HUGE squat, raw or not. Just curious, who has the all time raw record? I always thought it was Don Reinhoudt, right? I'd like to see you hit 1,000 and leave no doubt who has the strongest squat of all time.
