    At Large Nutritions Gain Mass Program

    Sorry if this is a bit of a repost but i plan on starting this program on a day or two. People not familiar with it the link is http://atlargenutrition.com/gainingmass.php I was wondering if there was anything I should subsitute excercise wise or should I leave it as is? I also assume your suppose to do very high intensity two sets for the excercises by pyramiding the weight up if not somebody please tell me what is meant by the author. Any input would be greatly appreciated thanks!

    I'm not a fan of working the shoulders that often; 4x a week with many different "push" exercises. I also don't think it's necessary to train to failure and can be counterproductive in the long run. In short, I think there are better routines. Sorry to the author, whomever you are.

    what would you recommend for a 4day workout with gaining lean mass as an objective

    It depends...are you a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter? What are your numbers like? What have you done in the past? What have your gains been like in the past?

    Sacrilege! I usually think that whatever Chris Mason writes has to be gospel. But I hadn't noticed that routine has you shoulder pressing every workout.

    It seems that when Chris rewrote it for WBB he toned it down a bit.
