The key to a good diet is planning and preperation. So I've started to make my meals in advance. Maybe 3-4 days in advance, then I put the meals in a tupperware container and freeze it.
This is really convenient for my because sometimes when I come home I just can't be bothered cooking especially after my workouts.
At the moment I freeze these foods:
- Pasta with Tuna, sweetcorn and mayo
- Pasta with Chicken breasts, pasta sauce and some other veg
What kind of other foods and recipies can I store? That's high in protein meals.
How long could I freeze a chicken meal upto ?
