Hmm. this is my second day of bulking on the plan everyone helped with. And you know, this feels like a cheat day every day. And it's considered very clean. I think that's a good thing. I don't have the urges to pig out on food like before, and I feel very satisfied throughout the day. I just hope it doesn't make me fat, and I have to cut back on the cals.
