    Calling the women of WBB!

    I'm currently in the midst of writing an article for my website and when it launches about women and strength training. Basically debunking all the silly myths. Now I need someone to role model. Would any women here be willing to let me use a photo of them and the basics of your routine to show what lifting heavy relative to the rep count can do. You don't need to have some amazing Jami Eason physique just something most woman can shoot for. If you're interested let me know!

    her volume is just incredible
    and she does all of it being a wife and a mother of 2, and is titanium enhanced. Truely unbelievable
