    Lifting and running?

    How much will it effect my muscle gains if I do cardio 6-7 days a week workout 4 days a week? I'm looking to get big and have BF under 10%. Can this be achieved by doing a clean bulk and running?

    What is your current body comp/weight and height and lifting stats?

    But I honestly think 6x a week is overkill, I would say 3x a week is fine myslef
