i can have pizza and be fine, but its like when i have a tiny bit of chocolate something goes off in my brain and i have to tear myself away from it.
Chocolate does trigger a release of endorphins in your body. Like many things that do,it is very "desirable".
A Hershey bar and reg Coke has a magic combo that is awesome. Sadly haven't had either one in about 7 months.

One other thing you can do to control the cheats is to never have them until later in the evening.
That way you can't go crazy and ruin the whole week.
It's the reason the Beverly International athletes all do their weekly re-carb meals twice a week but as the last meal before bed.
They've found that it keeps people from going too crazy and eating more than they're supposed to.
The next morning - right back on the diet.
