Hey guys for the past few years, I've had an arm day, where I just do triceps and biceps. It works good with my routine, because I do it at the end of the week, and nothing conflicts.
Anyways, I've realized I've ALWAYS done Triceps first, then I will finish off with biceps. I know Triceps is the meat and potatoes of the arm, so I always did it first, with the best fresh energy.
I'm wondering is it beneficial to do Biceps first at all? Once a month? Every other? For a few weeks?
