    You know you're on a cut when...

    Your measuring utensils are always dirty.
    You eat/drink out of a measuring cup.
    You wander the grocery store searching for that magic 0 carb 0 calorie chocolate.
    You have low carb tortillas and low carb ice cream in your freezer and fridge.
    You have bad breath(referring to ketosis)
    You reminisce on your bulking days

    when coke zero is your best friend
    when you wish friends would just stop calling (always seems to be going out to a restaurant or for a beer)

    When you're at your last 300 calories you input different amounts and combinations of food to hit your macro percentages.

    Except for the 3x you ate out last week and the the chocolate convention? Haha jk Nick good luck with it. I've finished my cut @8%BF. Now I'm slowly gaining @3000cal and carb cycling.

    All your mates think your a bitch for drinking low carb alcohol.
    Your in a constant fight with your missus coz she wants sauce with dinner.

    I don't count every calories hat the grams in each lean source of macro but I would hazard a guess at sub 1800 on a low carb day and I have 5 on the trot to do this week

    Ouch. 1800 would be tough. Yea low carb days get rough. Thank god for splenda.

    Knowing that morning vitamins, fish oil, misc pills, protien shake is the biggest meal of the day.

    Lunch- 1 chicken breast, 1 apple, some mixed nuts
    Preworkout- mini protein low car bar
    Dinner- can of tuna and 2 eggs

    Cutting sucks. I want pizza and ice cream.

    when you only have 30grams of carbs for the day and even though they are supposed to be consumed in meals 1 and 2, you eat the lot within 5 mins of waking lol
