I found a great tasting bar that I got for a sample from the contest I attended yesterday. Kinda burnt out on novus lately so I wanted to do something on the side before going back to them even though I haven't had one in a few days.
I'm finding it hard on busy work days to keep up with the eating schedule. THe bar itself had 15 carbs counted, 30 grams of protien, and 300 total cals. If I need something quick on the fly I thought this could be a good substitute. I typically do'nt have time to eat between 2-3 clients or see my people then run a class and have time to stop and eat.
so for all you diet gurus and competitors..good or bad idea?

90* just means you're halfway there to becoming a man!
If you're eating it on a regular basis, I strongly recommend making them. It's much easier than you think, you can make them 100% natural, damn tasty and they really stick to your ribs. There's a thread or two in the recipes section or PM me and I'll post one here.
