Hey all i have a serious question about how to get rid of my moobs... they have been a problem i had ever since junior high. I just recently found this site about 2 months ago and started lifting weights shortly after i found this site i have been on starting strength since then.
Part of why I started lifting weights was to get rid of them but it doesn't seem to be helping, iv noticed muscle building on my chest but my chest just looks like boobs. Is there a routine i could switch to with some chest isolation that would help, or could i add some chest isolation in ss? Would chest isolation even help? Should i try a different routine where im working out 4 days a week (have been thinking of wannabe big 1.1) to burn off more over all?
