AAPF/APF full meet in Salt Lake valley April 3, 2010

I'm posting this to make myself accountable to my goals. There's going to be an AAPF/APF meet April 3, 2010 at the gym where I train ( Ripped Fitness "Utah's Strongest Gym" in Sandy Utah) and I'm going to squat 628, bench 429 and deadlift 551. 1608 total.

Looks like we're getting a monolift this weekend, based on how training with it goes over the next couple weeks, I may need to up my squat goal.

I will also be there in the 181 Novice class. I will total 1200lbs raw. I've never used a mono, I'll have to come down and give it a go before the competition so I feel comfortable with it.

Yeah I need to get myself back in gear, been a lazy two weeks that I felt I needed to recooperate. I guess I will probably compete raw, only thing i have useable atm is a 10 yr old single ply inzer squat suit, and I have only used it once.
