    Switching from Creatine 500 to Results?

    I've searched and read a few post but can't find really what I'm looking for.
    I'm currenlty using Creatine 500. I've read alot about results and how well it works. Would I benefit from switching to results? When I get to lift again I want every advantage I can get. Thanks guys

    It will probably be April before I can lift due to a injury.
