my current workout consists of higher weight and lower reps, however i have been considering changing that to a lower weight and higher reps, since i would like to start a cutting phase now. however, ive read a couple posts on here saying that this does not help you get cut, and that it would be better to just to stick with the higher weight/lower reps. is that true?

lol.. i used to think that coz thats what the gym jocks used to say in high school.. cutting has to do with your diet.. lower teh calories and go with something like a 40p/40c/20f ratio and maybe do a lil more cardio
