hey guys,
in the past 6 months or so i have managed to lose about 50 lbs, goin down from 230 to around 180. however, it seems as if i have hit a plateau, and i still need to lose about another 10 lbs.

now i have done all of this so far without doing cardio, so if i was to implement a moderate to high intensity cardio workout on top of my current lifting routine, as well as maybe taking an ECA stack, how long do you think it would take to drop this pain in the ass 10 lbs? thanks guys (and girls).
