Forums back up - need your help

Today we upgraded the forums to the newest version of vbulletin (the software that runs the forum).

It didn’t go as smooth as expected and things are still a little rough around the edges, but I figured I would open up the forums again to see how everyone gets on.

I would really appreciate your help for a few days. If you experience any issues or notice a bug, please let me know here and I will work through them one by one.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

Glad you guys upgraded to 4. I love it and prefer it to 3.8 personally.

The dark blue icons mean there are new posts in that forum. LIght blue means everything has been read

Oh and "Recent Forum Posts" can be found on the Home Page.

This is part of the two being integrated that will take a little getting used to, but it's designed so that people have faster and easier access to the articles and information that we are putting out.

This can probably be adjusted, in the meantime i adjusted the zoom on my screen just a little and it makes it much easier on the eyes

I second this. The New Posts was the main way I used to view the forum. Rarely actually ever went directly into a forum.

Yea, but that's not it.......that only shows a few recent posts. When I'd click on 'New Posts' it'd pull up 2-3 pages worth of posts that had been replied to since the last time I had checked in. I doubt anyone will want to check into every forum to see what's new.

I have about 5-6 inches of solid blue on each side of the actual forum... From the little bit of HTML/CSS/PHP/etc that I know I'm sure that can be stretched to fill any screen...

I'm liking the change. It integrates much better with the front page now and it's long overdue, I think. Thumbs up!
