Which is better?
They're different. I don't know if one is better than the other though. Right now I am doing a full body routine which I really like because I don't usually get too sore.

I've seen more success with a full body or upper/lower split than 3-4 day.

I have done both, im just gettin into HIT fullbody. The work outs are crazy. NO way would i go back now. Also i hit all the muscles i need to every work out.
I definitely like full-body better. I think full-body routines build a lot more strength too. But I'm sure someone could argue against this. Whatever.

I always find when I try full body routines I'm overtraining and stop making any gains at all... but that's how my body reacts, and I'm not a kid anymore so maybe I need more rest time.Originally Posted by DNL
3-4 day works good for me. Some people debate that a full body routine would cause the body to produce more test because of all the heavy compound lifts, therefore achieveing more muscle growth. Anybody know more about that idea? Thoughts?

anyways I gained amazing strength and size with a full body.
