DE work to break sticking point

I know that most people generally stick with flat bench on DE but does anyone mix it up and use boards or floor press? I know some guys over at efs use floor press on DE day. just looking for some opinions on mixing it up.

Using true dynamic effort work should always be done full range. The point is to teach your muscles to explode throughout the whole range of motion. Limiting that range of motion will only lessen that effectiveness.

If you want to work on a sticking point, you should be picking ME exercises that force you to strengthen that.

    Just my 2 cents though
