I've heard of guys saying this actually worked for them. They said part of it was swelling though, and that when it was all said and done it was more like a 1/2 inch gain.
Still, thats pretty damn crazy.

If its only around 1/2 an inch, part of thats swelling, and you lose some more over the rest of the 4 days you cant train, then it sounds like 3 steps forward 4 steps back to me.
I could see it working if you were on alot of gear and ate alot but also really knew what your were doing with said diet and gear. That looks like some Arnold advanced routine ****.
For the rest of us mere mortals, I deem it useless.
