    Leg day!

    First leg day of WBB2 for me... Wow. Calves are shaking like a chiwawa on a cold day! :-)

    youll be right next time u do it.. its only natural for your body to feel such a workout the 1st time your trying a new routine.. how do you find the WBB routine #2? im doing a modified version of WWB routine #1 and think its great.. got good gains on my shoulders and arms

    I liked the WBB#1 a lot - I did it for 10 weeks, and to be honest, I feel like my body got too used to it, so I changed to #2 - I have only done leg day (kind of started in the middle) and it rocked my ass. WBB#1 is more high weight, low rep... so you initially shock your muscles, but I never really felt MUCH of a burn.. so far #2 looks much more burn again, which should help me get over the plateau im at now.

    I used to puke EVERY leg day for a month or so, when I was first starting

    At one point in time, i would have responded to that with, "Then you're not training hard enough!!"

    But I've learned better. Even on really heavy leg days, I never feel the nausea anymore because I'm a lot better about nutrition, and I always slam down some quality protein 45-60 mins before lifting now, which I believe makes a huge difference.
