That's to maintain and that's dropped massively in the last 10yrs - I'd be taking more than that in to maintain a weight of 240lbs.
Any of the more experienced guys on here notice things slowing down once you're in your thirties and older?
I have always believed to some extent that as we age we become less active, hence our metaolism slows down. At 40 I am in the best shape I have been in years becuase I am eating cleaner calories and being much more active. I just noticed I am starting to lose too quickly so I have to even up my calories a little.
