I've been happy so far with the results I've seen from WBB 1.1.
But I'm starting to struggle with the requirements as I advance into Week 12.
Here are the perameters:
Number of sets per exercise: 2-3
Loads: 80-85% of 1RM
Rest: 2-3 minutes
My problem is: I just simply don't have the poop to knock out 8-10 reps of 80% max.
For me, it's more like... 5 before needing a spot.
So would I benefit more by lightening up and getting the reps, or staying heavy and repping whatever I can?
