In addition to lifting, what do you do to stay conditioned or crosstrained?
-Tuesday- Swim - HIIT + SS
-Saturday- Plyometrics, Sprints
+ 4-6 times a week : Gymnastic work (handstands, flags, dragon flags, etc...), Foam Rolling, and Stretching

I like jumping rope and complexes. Both work very well and not boring. Once the weather breaks I will do some stuff outside like hill sprints.
