    Skull Crushers/French Press same exercise?

towards the bottom of the page, they're listed as the same exercise..so what's the difference? Are skulls lying down, french press sitting up?

nejar462 (8:05:46 PM): what i can gather from internet research
nejar462 (8:05:54 PM): is that, a skull crusher is done while lying down
nejar462 (8:05:58 PM): and the bar goes to your nose
    AccipiterQ (8:06:00 PM): k
nejar462 (8:06:06 PM): while the french press, is done to your forehead
nejar462 (8:06:16 PM): so they're pretty damn similar
AccipiterQ (8:07:29 PM): and what is it when you're sitting up then?
nejar462 (8:07:39 PM): overhead triceps extension

I'm not sure about how skull crushers are performed, but I know that french presses is not to your forehead. French presses should be performed by lowering the barbell behind your head, to increase the stress on triceps. Seems like skull crushers and french presses are about the same then, as there are different variants of both.
