Ok here is the deal, My amrs are tall, but they aren't wide. What can I do to make them wider/thicker? Are there any particular exercises? thanks for the information!
you cannot shape a muscle but you can make it grow to its maximum potential by lifting heavy weight with intensity
barbell curls, dumbbell curls- work hard
yup. Try hammer curls too.
Agreed with whats been said - youll learn that quick here @ WBB. You cant shape your muscles no matter how hard you try. It just aint going to to happen bro.
