I was really sick for almost a week now but I want to try and go to the gym soon. I was on the heaviest week of 5/3/1 (the 5/3/1).
Should I just restart at the month?
Just jump in where you left off. The program is meant to be flexible for this very reason.. If you feel off just do the reps prescribed and not max the reps on the last set.

hi, im on the same situation, missed the first week due to an illness, should i restart the week or advance to the second one??
If you missed the very first week then why would you skip to the second? You havent even started the program.
