I saw where you posted under my tabata thread that you have ben doing them for sometime now, how are they burning off a little extra weight? do you find them as good as low intensity cardio? I would imagine a by product would be some added lean muscle. Would they be good to use for sa an 8 week cut? thanks!
I like them much better than low intensity cardio. Considering tabata can be done in 4 minutes, you could throw in some low intensity cardio as well. My bodyweight went down and my strength went up doing both.
