The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Lift heavy a few times a week(not everyday) and eat tons of food and drink tons of milk. Since you seem to enjoy working out, eating will be the hardest part to be consistent in your gains. It is a 24/7 job and it's where most people who aren't cut out for size will fail.

Edit: FOODS http://whfoods.org/foodstoc.php and tons of whole milk(called Vitamin D milk at my grocery store)

    jman,

I played baseball through the D1 level and my biggest regret was a misinformed weight coach who did not stress how much power in baseball is generated through your legs. Power for your swing, power in your pitches, it all originates from your legs. Do not neglect leg training for baseball!
