Just thinking about doing this next time im hitting my chest. I dont do much direct tricep stuff anymore but more recently ive added reverse grip bench at the end of my chest or shoulders workouts.. i love doing em and i can do a decent amount of weight but i'd like to do more and do them when my triceps are a little fresher so all that story for this question;

is it bad/good to maybe alterate sets of reverse and regular grip bench?

im not even sure why im asking this seems like it would be fine
